Shipping & Delivery

Your orders are very dear to us. It’s incredibly important for us make sure that you get the things you ordered. That’s why we take this with the utmost seriousness.

Most of orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description, and in your confirmation email. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

All shipments are sent by major shipping companies (FedEx, DHL, USPS) depending on the country you reside in. Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping destination and are displayed at checkout. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout.

All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. The Company will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

The Company is not responsible for delays in delivery or changes made by the carriers- this is not in our control.  Once parcel is shipped, The Company is not responsible for errors, losses, mis-delivery or any other occurrences which are attributable to the carrier(s). The address used to ship is pulled electronically from the information you entered at the time you placed the order.


Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know.

First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at [email protected] making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

We accept orders from specific countries: The United Kingdom, The United States and Canada.

If you live in a country which is not set up for shipping in our system, please email [email protected] to inquire about having us set up your location.

Delivery of your order will be complete when We deliver the Products to the address you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.

The images of the Products on our site and in our other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your Products may vary slightly from those images. Although We have made every effort to display and print the colours of the Products accurately, We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the pictures, or the pictures in our other advertising materials, accurately reflect the colours of the Products that will be delivered to you.


Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
